What is Telos?

Telos is a personal development app designed to help with journaling, goal setting, and wellness. The app offers journaling tools, goal tracking, and other features to support your personal growth journey.

Tap the "+" button on the Journal tab and follow the prompts to create a new entry. You can add text, photos, voice notes, and more to document your thoughts and experiences.

How do I set a goal?

Navigate to the Goals tab, tap "Add Goal", and fill in the details for your new goal. You can set deadlines, track progress, and add notes to keep yourself accountable.

What is the AI Coach feature?

The AI Coach feature is designed to provide guidance and feedback based on your inputs. Please note that this feature may require an internet connection and is continually being developed and improved. The AI Coach capabilities may vary based on your device and app version.

How do I use the AI Coach?

Depending on your app version, you may be able to interact with the AI Coach in various ways. The AI Coach feature is intended to help you reflect on your goals and journal entries, but is not a substitute for professional advice. All features are subject to availability and may evolve with future updates.

Is my data secure?

We prioritize your privacy and security. Most of your personal content is stored on your device. However, certain features like the AI Coach may require processing some data on our secure servers. Can I export my data?

Currently, we don't offer a built-in export feature. If you need to export your data, please contact our support team at teloscare@proton.me, and we'll assist you with your request.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
